Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please get in touch before sending anything back.
Personalised Items
As each one is made specifically for you, personalised items can only be returned if faulty or damaged on arrival.
Bespoke Items
Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun, except in the case of a fault.
