Question 1

What is your minimum order for wholesale?

Accepted Answer

Our current minimum order for wholesale is 20, but please see the Stock Our Cards page for more details.

Question 2

Do you offer Sale or Return?

Accepted Answer

Terms are confirmed individually with each shop — get in touch via the Stock Our Cards page to discuss what works for you.

Question 3

How long does a commission take?

Accepted Answer

Most commissions take 1-2 weeks from confirmation to delivery, depending on the size and complexity of the piece and how busy I am at the time. I'll give you a specific timeframe with your quote. If you need the drawing for a specific date, let me know and I will aim to get it done for then.

Question 4

What photos do you need for a house portrait?

Accepted Answer

A few clear, straight-on photos of the building in good daylight work best. More angles help with tricky details like chimneys or extensions.

Question 5

Can I request changes before the final piece is finished?

Accepted Answer

Yes — I'll share a preview before finalising, so you can request reasonable adjustments at that stage.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard UK delivery usually takes 3-5 working days and Express UK delivery usually takes 1-3 days. See the Delivery & Returns page for full details and current timings.

Question 7

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer international shipping, but this will cost more. See the Delivery and Returns page for which countries we currently ship to.

Question 8

What if my order arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Contact me with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and I'll arrange a replacement or refund. Full details are on the Delivery & Returns page.

Question 9

What's the difference between the North East and Classic ranges?

Accepted Answer

The North East range features local landmarks like the Angel of the North and the Tyne Bridge. The Classic range features traditional festive scenes such as postboxes, wreaths and snowy cottages.

Question 10

What's in each box set?

Accepted Answer

Box sets of 10 contain two each of five designs, and box sets of 20 contain two each of ten designs, all from within that set's range.

Question 11

Can I pick my own cards for a box?

Accepted Answer

Yes — see our Build Your Own Box option on the Christmas Cards page, where you can choose designs individually for a box of 10 or 20.

Question 12

When is the last date to order for Christmas delivery?

Accepted Answer

The last date for standard delivery is 17th December and for express delivery it is 19th December.

Question 13

Can I personalise any card with a name or message?

Accepted Answer

Most greetings cards can be personalised with a recipient's name, and some with a date or short message. Look for the "Personalisation" options on each product page — if a card doesn't show this option, it isn't currently offered for that design.

Question 14

Are the cards blank inside?

Accepted Answer

Yes, unless the product page says otherwise. This leaves room for your own message, with the exception of personalised cards, which are finished with the text you provide at checkout.

Question 15

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Accepted Answer

Get in touch as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, I'll do my best to amend or cancel it, but personalised items may already be underway.

Question 16

Do you take payment straight away?

Accepted Answer

Yes, payment is taken at checkout. For bespoke commissions, see the Bespoke Commissions section below.

Question 17

What size are the cards?

Accepted Answer

A6 (105 x 148mm), folded, and supplied with an envelope.

Question 18

Are they blank inside?

Accepted Answer

Yes, each card comes blank inside for you to add your own hand written personalised message.

Question 19

What's in each box set?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the box set chosen, there will be either 10 or 20 A6 cards with the pre-selected designs or the designs you have chosen from the individual card designs, and the corresponding amount of white envelopes.

Question 20

When is the last order date for Christmas?

Accepted Answer

If you are ordering with standard royal mail shipping, the last order date is Wednesday 17th December. If you are ordering with express royal mail shipping, the last order date is Friday 19th December.

Question 21

Can I choose my own designs?

Accepted Answer

For christmas cards, we can offer personalisation, through adding names to the designs. To do this, fill out the contact form adding in the specific card?(s) you would like personalised and add as much detail as possible regarding the name(s) you would like incorporated etc. However, the actual graphic in the background of the card is fixed and cannot be changed.
